Position: Aesthetician / Laser Technician

Spa Sydell Integrative Aesthetics is at the forefront of personal care and aesthetic treatments, combining expertise and innovation since 1982. We are currently searching for a skilled Aesthetician / Laser Technician to join our dedicated team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional skincare and laser services to our valued clients, enhancing their overall wellness and beauty journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, and laser hair removal.
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to create personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Stay current on industry trends, technology, and best practices to deliver exceptional care and services.
• Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are maintained, sanitized, and organized to uphold the spa’s cleanliness standards.
• Educate clients on skincare regimens, post-treatment care, and product recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with other team members to create a seamless and positive guest experience.
• Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience, plus commission.

Schedule: Full-time or part-time schedules are available, including weekends.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Valid state license for aesthetics and/or laser technology.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in aesthetic services and laser treatments preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to perform a variety of aesthetic procedures with precision and care.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Passion for skincare and providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and treatments.
