Role Description

This full-time on-site role for an Aseptic Technician is located in the Lincoln, Nebraska Metropolitan Area. The Aseptic Technician will be responsible for carrying out daily aseptic techniques, maintaining sterile environments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Key responsibilities include operating and monitoring equipment, troubleshooting issues, performing sterilization processes, preparing materials for sterile production, and documenting all activities accurately. Collaboration with quality assurance and manufacturing teams is an integral part of the role, as well as adherence to all safety and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of aseptic techniques, sterilization processes, and cleanroom environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols and procedures
• Experience with equipment operation and troubleshooting in a manufacturing or laboratory setting
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA regulations is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related scientific field is an advantage
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically repetitive tasks as needed
