The Boar Stud Production Manager is directly responsible for carrying out the daily responsibilities of caring for the welfare of animals, including feed, water and management by directly managing the team of employees to ensures they are working effectively and efficiently. This position will cultivate employees into highly effective team members. The Boar Stud Production Manager will manage the costs and expenditures, volume output, quality assurance and bio security. In addition, the Boar Stud Production Manager will ensure environmental compliance, safety of team members, and risk management. Starting pay is based on experience.
