Body Shop Manager Hereford Body Shop – Hereford, TX About Us Hereford Body Shop is a trusted collision repair facility serving Hereford, Texas and the surrounding Panhandle communities. We take pride in quality workmanship, honest service, and getting folks back on the road right. The Role We're looking for an experienced Body Shop Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our shop. This isn't a desk job where you watch from the sidelines you'll be hands-on, working with the team, talking with customers, and making sure every vehicle that leaves here is done right. What You'll Do

• Lead and manage our team of body technicians, keeping work flowing and quality high
• Write estimates and work directly with insurance adjusters to get claims processed quickly
• Schedule repairs and manage shop workflow to hit deadlines without cutting corners
• Build relationships with customers keep them informed and make sure they're satisfied
• Order parts, manage inventory, and keep the shop stocked with what we need
• Handle hiring, training, and performance management for shop staff
• Manage the department budget and work toward profitability goals
• Ensure we're following OSHA, EPA, and all safety regulations
• Jump in and troubleshoot when repairs get tricky

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in collision repair, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisor role
• Solid knowledge of body repair processes, frame work, refinishing, and modern repair techniques
• Experience writing estimates using CCC ONE, Mitchell, or similar software
• Strong relationships with insurance companies and adjusters (or ability to build them)
• I-CAR or ASE certifications preferred
• Good with numbers budgeting, tracking KPIs, and keeping an eye on the bottom line
• Leadership skills you know how to motivate a team and hold people accountable without being a jerk about it
• Valid driver's license
