We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Brand Promoter to join our Chicago team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about brand representation and enjoy working directly with customers. As a Brand Promoter, you will be responsible for promoting products and services, building brand awareness, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
Represent and promote client brands in a professional and engaging manner
Participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns
Educate potential customers about product features and benefits
Assist in the setup and breakdown of promotional displays
Maintain detailed product knowledge and stay updated on new developments
Collect customer feedback and report insights to the management team
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve brand promotion goals
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in promotions, marketing, or customer service is a plus
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Confidence in public speaking and engaging with diverse audiences
Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings
Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude
