Job Title: Breakdown Supervisor / Dispatcher (Night Shift)

Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Training Schedule: Weekday training for 1–2 weeks (approx. 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Starting Pay: $22.00/hour with performance review after 90 days

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Breakdown Supervisor to join our night shift team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and oversee breakdown situations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. The role will also support dispatch operations as needed. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, quick decision-maker, and capable leader who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and respond to equipment breakdowns with urgency and accuracy
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely repairs and minimize downtime
• Act as a backup dispatcher, assisting with routing, communication, and issue resolution
• Draft detailed, professional emails with accurate information
• Maintain organized records and reports using Microsoft Office and Excel
• Communicate clearly with team members and management, both verbally and in writing
• Support continuous improvement through open feedback and adaptability

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and logical reasoning abilities
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback
• Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Review:

Starting pay is $22/hour. A performance review will be conducted after 90 days, with the potential for a wage increase based on demonstrated performance and reliability.
