We are looking for a strategic, and results-driven Business Development Manager (Client Partnership) with strong experience to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships to manage client relationships in the Seattle WA for one of our top multinational Technology company. This role requires a proactive professional who excels at developing strategic partnerships with a proven track record of increasing company revenue and service strategic clients with ongoing staffing needs. Below are the responsibilities for the role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through face-to-face meetings, networking events, and regular onsite visits at client locations.
  • Develop strategies to be successful for the allocated client account.
  • Be an ambassador for the company to both the clients and the candidates by offering top level of service.

  • Business Development & Sales:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new project acquisitions and expansion of services with existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value of our recruiting and staffing solutions.
  • Leveraging existing business relationships and pursue new opportunities that generate direct work from clients

  • Strategic Partnership Development:
  • Build strategic partnerships by leveraging market intelligence to identify untapped markets and potential collaborations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to tailor offerings that meet the evolving needs of clients.

  • Travel & Onsite Coordination:
  • Regularly travel to client locations to ensure service quality, resolve issues promptly, and develop deeper client relationships.
  • Coordinate onsite meetings, presentations, and follow-up sessions with stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel and client visits.

  • Market Analysis & Reporting:
  • Conduct thorough market research to assess trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
  • Analyze data to formulate actionable insights, guide decision-making, and drive innovative business strategies

Skills :

  • 5-7 years of experience in business development, with a strong background in RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) environments supporting Tech/Enterprise clients servicing staffing needs.
  • Strong business development/client partnership skills to drive business with existing and new client contacts.
  • Strong understanding of latest tech based skill sets and ability to engage with hiring managers in a meaningful conversation.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills. Should be able to actively and passively develop quality and meaningful relationships.
  • Should be able to multi-task and manage ongoing requirements while delivering quality outcomes.
  • Excellent work ethics with strong drive to succeed.
  • Should be driven by metrics/outcomes.
  • Extensive industry experience while thoroughly understanding the demands of the industry.
  • Should enjoy working in an entrepreneurial culture that is outcomes driven.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients through face-to-face interactions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities.
  • Proven success in negotiating complex deals and driving revenue growth.

Education :

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
