Responsibilities:
• Build Client Relationships – Develop and maintain long-term relationships with individuals, families, and businesses to understand and meet their financial needs.
• Financial Guidance – Provide personalized strategies in areas such as life insurance, retirement planning, investments, and wealth management.
• Goal Achievement – Set and pursue measurable performance goals, applying the same discipline and drive athletes use to succeed in competition.
• Networking & Prospecting – Identify and connect with potential clients through personal networks, referrals, and community engagement.
• Continuous Learning – Participate in New York Life’s comprehensive training programs to stay informed about financial solutions, regulations, and best practices.
• Team Collaboration – Work with mentors, managers, and colleagues to share strategies, learn new approaches, and contribute to a supportive team environment.
• Leadership Development – For those pursuing management, take part in the Accelerated Path into Management program to build leadership skills and prepare to coach, develop, and lead a team of financial professionals.
