Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time | Kissimmee, FL

Location: Kissimmee, FL 34744

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Setting: Clinical (no home visits, no travel between locations)

Job Engagement: Contract to Hire

Top Responsibilities

• Assessing and interpreting patient and customer needs to ensure appropriate care and service.
• Identifying solutions to non-standard requests and addressing unique or unexpected clinical challenges.
• Solving moderately complex problems and conducting clinical analyses to support decision-making.
• Working independently with minimal supervision, seeking guidance only for the most complex issues.
• Translating clinical concepts into practical application within daily workflows.
• Providing clear explanations and education to patients, families, and team members on difficult or sensitive issues.
• Coaching and guiding colleagues, offering feedback and support to less experienced staff.
• Serving as a clinical resource for team members across the practice.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ years of recent nursing experience in a hospital, medical office, or clinical setting
• 1+ years as an RN or two years as an LPN in a relevant practice area
