Pay & Benefits
Weekly Training Pay: $650
Solo Pay After Training: $1,000 to $1,400+ per week
CPM Pay (DOE): $0.43–$0.51
Schedule: 12–14 days out, then a 34-hour reset
Freight: Dry van freight — live loads and drop & hook
Bonus Pay: $15 per stop after solo status
Equipment: Assigned late-model tractor once training is complete
Ideal Candidate
CDL-A license holders (recent grads welcome)
Willing to run OTR on a 2-week cycle
Must live within 200 miles of Colorado Springs, CO 80903
Motivated, safety-conscious, and ready to start a career
