Job Description

Pride Health is hiring for an Endoscopy Tech to support our client’s medical facility based in Santa Fe, NM . This is a contract opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures such as endoscopy and colonoscopy.
  • Operate, clean, disinfect, and maintain endoscopy equipment and related instruments.
  • Manage inventory of GI supplies and ensure timely reordering of equipment and materials.
  • Prepare and position patients before procedures and provide basic patient care during and after procedures.
  • Follow infection control, safety standards, and bloodborne pathogen precautions at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the outpatient clinic team while also performing duties independently with minimal supervision.
  • Support documentation and ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations within the GI lab.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

  • CST, SGNA, CBSPD or IAHCSMM certification
  • BLS via AHA
  • Two years of GI lab technician experience preferred, outpatient setting.

Additional Information:

  • Location: Santa Fe, NM
  • Job Type: Contract- 13 weeks
  • Weekend Requirement: Two weekends a month (Saturday & Sunday)
  • On Call Requirement: 1 weeknight of call per week
  • Schedule: SHIFT- 7:00A-3:00P-40 weekly hrs
  • Pay Range/Salary Range: $1450/wk - $1650/wk
