Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid/3 days onsite downtown)

Duration: 10+ Months

Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement

Pay Rate: Starting at $50+/HR with flexibility for the ideal candidate.

Critical Skills Required:

Responsibilities:

• Partner to create the change management communication and engagement strategy and plan that outlines the specific communications, and engagement needs to drive awareness, and prepare/support the impacted stakeholder groups for the change
• Execute on change management communications and engagement strategy and plan, including developing and distribution of all R1 stakeholder specific communications in communication vehicles (e.g., infographics, town halls, field supervisor meetings, change champion/network meetings, site visit, and go live/hypercare change management communications)
• Collaborate with Accenture graphic designer on communication products such as videos, interactive infographics, visuals, etc.
• Manage and monitor communications distribution and impact (distros, dates, metrics)
• Provide change and communications support for all change related activities for hypercare

Education

• Bachelors Degree + (5-7 years), Would consider 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
