Responsibilities:

• Computer Network Operations (CNO) development Subject Matter Expert (SME) role
• Ensure compliance with software standards is primary focus of role
• Supervise and mentor CNO developer team and technical leadership
• Lead the design, develop, document, test, debug and maintain hardware based CNO capabilities
• Lead the design, develop, document, test, debug and maintain software based CNO capabilities
• Apply knowledge of security concepts and networks
• Communicate project status to leadership and customers

Experience/Qualifications

Seven (7) years of position-specific relevant experience:

• Proficient in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g., Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices)
• Networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming
• Understanding of assembly programming concepts
• Unit Test experience

Desired qualifications:

• CNO capability development experience
• Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience
• CI/CD pipeline/DevSecOps development experience

Relevant industry standard certifications such as:

• Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer (PCEP)
• C++ Certified Professional Programmer Certification (CPP)
