Position Overview

Luxury high rise looking to fill a Front Desk Concierge position. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of satisfactory customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and general professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones in a professional manner.
  • Greet guests and visitors warmly, with a welcoming and customer-centric approach.
  • Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, etc.
  • Ensure that guest spaces and lobby area/s are clean and always organized.
  • Act as a liaison between residents and other Departments, as necessary.
  • Aid sister property/ies as needed (where applicable).
  • Maintain inventory of packages.
  • Other duties within the scope of the job, as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of previous customer service experience.
  • Positive phone demeanor and superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have a service-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment, including printers, scanners, copiers, etc.
  • Exemplify strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Possess a positive attitude and able to effectively work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness and availability to work weekends and/or irregular shifts.
