Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Lead coordination between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, change orders, and submittals.
• Ensure adherence to contract documents and company procedures.
• Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and project reporting.
• Mentor and guide project engineers and support staff.
• Utilize Procore for project management, documentation, and communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor .
• Proven success managing K–12 (ISD) projects and municipal/public sector projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area .
• Experience with data centers is a strong plus.
• Procore experience required — must be proficient in daily use.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, and client relations.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Must currently reside in the DFW metroplex (no relocation or sponsorship available).
• Good working tenure, not a job hopper.
