Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Regional Project Manager to oversee capital development projects across the Coastal Carolinas region . This strategic role combines project management expertise with financial stewardship, requiring a professional who can seamlessly collaborate with executive leadership, general managers, engineers, and contractors to deliver impactful capital improvement projects.
Reporting to the Vice President of Construction & Development, you will serve as the primary liaison between regional operations and the corporate development team, ensuring that capital projects enhance property value and operational excellence throughout the region.
