Job Title: Contract Tutor (Elementary – High School)

Location: Contract / Education Sites

Duration: 9-Week Contract

Pay Rate: $15–$18 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and reliable Contract Tutors to support elementary, middle, and high school students during a 9-week academic program. Tutors will work closely with students to strengthen academic skills, build confidence, and support overall learning growth in a positive and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small-group tutoring for students in grades K–12
• Support students in core subjects such as reading, writing, and math
• Help students improve study habits, organization, and confidence
• Create a positive, encouraging learning environment
• Communicate clearly with students, staff, and program coordinators
• Track student progress and provide basic feedback when needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Passion for working with children and supporting education
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Dependable, professional, and punctual
• Ability to work well in structured learning environments and schools
• Patience, positivity, and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with children or teens
• Interest in education, tutoring, or mentoring
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
