We are currently hiring a Corporate Finance Manager with strong experience in financial modeling, board presentations, strategy, and M&A.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment decisions.
  • Support board presentations, monthly reporting, and other financial communications
  • Analyze company performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Support on financial due diligence and analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic investments
  • Support capital structure management, debt financing, and cash flow forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
  • Prior experience in PE backed FP&A / corporate finance, private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, or related field
  • Deep understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and capital budgeting
  • Superior financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • High integrity, attention to detail. proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
