Job Description

Corporate Recruiter

Location: Miami, Florida

Job Type: Full-time | Exempt

Overview

Are you a recruiter who thrives in high-impact environments and knows how to build systems from scratch? We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to own and drive full-cycle recruitment across a wide range of functions and levels, from entry to executive. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on talent acquisition, not HR, where you will help shape recruitment infrastructure, sourcing strategy, and candidate experience without the support of an ATS.

This is a Florida-based hybrid role, with remote work flexibility and occasional in-person requirements in the Miami area.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance across multiple departments
  • Screen, interview, and guide candidates throughout the selection process
  • Handle scheduling and communication to ensure a smooth interview journey
  • Deliver consistent and timely feedback and oversee offer negotiations

Strategic Sourcing

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to reach active and passive talent
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
  • Leverage platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed, as well as referrals

Hiring Partnership

  • Collaborate directly with hiring managers to align on role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Act as a consultative partner, providing market insights and hiring best practices

Candidate Experience and Branding

  • Serve as a brand ambassador throughout the candidate lifecycle
  • Help elevate the company’s reputation through thoughtful interactions and online presence

Process Optimization and Analytics

  • Track key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and source performance
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to existing workflows and documentation

Systems and Compliance

  • Support evaluation and implementation of future ATS or HR technology
  • Maintain compliance with applicable hiring regulations and internal processes
  • Standardize recruiting materials and documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting, including executive-level roles
  • Proven ability to work without an ATS and still deliver results using LinkedIn, Indeed, and spreadsheets
  • Experience recruiting in industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, or medical devices is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with labor laws and recruitment compliance in the U.S.

Key Skills

  • Bilingual: English and Spanish strongly request
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and self-sufficient
  • Technically agile with a process improvement mindset
  • Discreet and professional in handling sensitive hiring information

Work Environment

  • Remote-first with occasional in-person team sessions as required
  • Must be based in Florida with a reliable internet connection and home workspace
  • Ability to sit for long periods and work via phone or video platforms
