The Role

We're seeking an exceptional Creative Director to join our high-performance team. This role is perfect for a hands-on creative leader who thrives on driving results and scaling brands through innovative creative strategies. Working closely with our veteran media buyers, you'll mentor our design team while crafting compelling campaigns that convert.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Lead creative vision and strategy across client campaigns
  • Collaborate with media buying team to align creative with performance goals
  • Coach and develop our in-house creative team
  • Transform performance data into actionable creative strategies
  • Manage client relationships and creative presentations

Hands-on Production:

  • Direct and shoot high-quality video content for ads and UGC
  • Handle post-production editing and motion graphics
  • Write compelling scripts and creative concepts
  • Create and optimize content for multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google)
  • Develop storyboards and shot lists
  • Execute photo shoots for product and lifestyle content
  • Maintain high production standards while meeting quick turnaround times

Team Management:

  • Coordinate production scheduling and resource allocation alongside PM
  • Provide clear creative direction to team members
  • Review and approve team deliverables
  • Ensure all creative meets brand guidelines and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of creative experience and leading performance-focused creative teams
  • Proven track record of scaling brands through creative innovation
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful multi-platform campaigns
  • Excellence in mentoring and developing creative talent
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing and conversion principles
  • Experience collaborating with media buyers to optimize creative for ROAS
  • Must be located in Atlanta, GA, or willing to relocate
