Customer Service Representative

Location: Carlsbad, CA | Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Do you love chatting with families about their adorable babies? Are you passionate about finding thoughtful solutions for kids? Tubby Todd Bath Co. is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our Carlsbad team!

Founded in 2014, by Brian and Andrea Williams, Tubby Todd makes clean, gentle body care products for sensitive-skinned little ones and their families. We're growing fast and looking for someone who’s excited to support our community through the best customer service.

What You’ll Do

Engage with customers via email, live chat, social media, and in person at our Carlsbad storefront.
Respond to product questions, process returns and refunds, and assist with orders.
Handle ~100 customer inquiries per day with empathy, efficiency, and a “surprise & delight” mindset.
Help customers find the best body care solutions for their needs.
Resolve shipping issues and process transactions via Shopify, Stripe, and other platforms.
Maintain clean, organized in-store displays and backstock.
Support special projects, team events, and occasional Saturday shifts from home.

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of direct customer service experience (e-commerce a plus)
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and social media)
Confident decision-maker and problem-solver
Friendly, empathetic, and genuinely excited to connect with families
Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Available to work in person Monday–Friday in Carlsbad, with occasional weekends and holidays
