Position Summary

We are seeking Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with sensitive information and records software. Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain database records and update daily logs for DMV transactions
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and dealerships
• Communicate with dealers, clients, and regulatory agencies

Requirements

• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Friendly and customer-service focused
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Previous Data Entry experience preferred
• Previous DMV or title experience preferred
