RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing a medical group based out of Miami, FL that is seeking a Director of Billing and Credentialing to join their team.
This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role with excellent compensation and benefits plan. This role would be based out of their South Miami office.
Our client is comprised of board-certified physicians with that provide their patients with the highest level of treatment, analytical, and preventative care.
As the Director of Billing and Credentialing , you would be responsible for leading and managing all billing, collections, and credentialing operations to ensure efficient and compliant claims submission and timely payment collection. You would oversee initiatives to improve revenue cycle performance, reduce and manage denials, and ensure full contract compliance. In this role, you would also collaborate across departments to enhance overall operational efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.
