Key Responsibilities
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis
- Present insights and recommendations to executive and board leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of Senior and Financial Analysts

Qualifications
- 7+ years of FP&A or finance experience; 3+ years in leadership
- Oracle experience required (Oracle Fusion Cloud preferred)
- Healthcare and private equity backed company (or similar environment) experience a plus
