Position : Enterprise Security Command Center (ESCC) Console Operator

As an ESCC Console Operator, you’ll monitor complex electronic security systems, respond to alarms, manage high call volumes, and maintain situational awareness across a dynamic enterprise environment. Your decisions matter—and can make all the difference.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor alarm panels, intrusion detection systems, badge access, and video surveillance.
- Respond swiftly and accurately to security incidents, calls, and access requests.
- Grant gate and facility access with proper validation and protocol.
- Maintain detailed logs and create incident reports.
- Perform basic investigations including video reviews and internal follow-ups.
- Support enterprise communications through mass notifications and incident updates.
- Use multiple software platforms for data entry and system management.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support shift operations as assigned.
Requirements:
- A background working in a Security Operations Center, 911 Dispatch, Law Enforcement, or first responder role.
- Note: Candidates with 911 dispatch or command center experience tend to excel in this role.
- Technical support for physical access control systems (e.g., AMAG Symmetry)
- Preferred: Degree in Criminal Justice or related field and 3–5 years relevant experience.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be flexible—weekends, holidays, and shift changes may be required.
- Must complete 4–6 weeks of training on 1st Shift before moving to assigned shift.
Logistics:
-Location: Charlotte, NC (onsite)
- Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Days: Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, or Wednesday–Sunday
