DISPATCHERS NEEDED FOR GLOBAL ORGANIZATION IN BOCA RATON, FLORIDA. THIS IS A TEMPORARY PROJECT WITH EXCELLENT OPTION TO BECOME PERMANENT.
After training - 2nd shift -
- 1 pm - 10 pm
- Sunday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Saturday
YOU WILL BE ANSWERING CALLS AND EMAILS TO ASSIST CLIENTS AND DISPATCHING TECHNICANS TO ASSIST THE CLIENTS.
- Customer Service is key. Experience in a fast paced customer service and/or call center environment is a plus.
- Quick and accurate data entry is key
- Dependability and professionalism
- Strong technical & organizational abilities
- Ability to take on the responsibility of the cases from start to finish
