What You’ll Do
As a Bench District Manager, you’ll:
- Lead, develop, and retain top talent to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align strategies and operations
- Manage rental rates, customer programs, and expense controls to optimize performance
- Conduct audits and analyze reports to drive improvements and ROI
- Develop and execute local strategies to turn around underperforming stores
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of multi-unit management experience (10+ stores) in retail, hospitality, restaurant, leasing, or related sectors
- Proven success leading teams and turning around underperforming markets
- Strong track record managing controllable expenses
- Demonstrated long-term commitment to past employers (3+ years average tenure)
- Passion for people development and customer satisfaction
