Job Description

Our client, a leader in the critical infrastructure industry, is seeking an Executive Assistant for their growing team! This is an ON-SITE position located at their corporate office in Tysons, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for executives including meeting, travel, and other arrangements
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
  • Office Operations & other Project/Administrative support

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting Senior Executive or C-Suite professional
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Associates degree with relevant experience)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with video conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet)
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
