An established, globally recognized multinational in the energy services sector is hiring a Federal Income Tax Manager to join its corporate headquarters in Houston . This is a full-time, on-site position, offering a unique opportunity to work on high-level federal tax strategy within a complex and dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Federal Income Tax , this role will be responsible for:

• Managing federal income tax compliance and planning
• Overseeing tax provision preparation and review in accordance with ASC 740
• Supporting strategic initiatives, audits, and regulatory reviews
• Collaborating across departments and with external advisors

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in federal corporate income tax
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. tax law and reporting standards
• CPA or master’s in tax/accounting preferred
• Background in a large corporate tax function or public accounting firm (Big 4 or equivalent)
