Position Summary: We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join our Retail Media Network team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user-facing applications that support the creation, management, and optimisation of retail media campaigns. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver seamless, intuitive, and high-performing user experiences for advertisers and internal teams. Spend pair programming: Few or None

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of JavaScript experience with multiple modern frameworks
• React, Redux, Node& JavaScript experience
• Experience on a team and interaction with people outside of developers
• Willingness to take the initiative to learn about the project and the company.

Preferred:

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in React and modern JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with Redux for state management.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
