Full-Time Creative Team Members (Photo/Video + Technical Design)

Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-Site Only)

Type: Full-Time, In-Person

We’re expanding our in-house creative team and looking for highly skilled individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, visually driven environment. We want to hear from you if you’re detailed, creatively sharp, and fluent in the Adobe suite (and beyond).

Both positions will work closely with the creative director and the design team to bring the brand’s vision to life, from concept to execution, contributing directly to our collections' storytelling, design, and presentation.

There are two core roles we're hiring for:

🎥 Role 1: Photo + Video Creative (Capture & Edit)

You have a sharp eye and an intuitive sense of story.

You know how to frame, shoot, and edit content that reflects a brand's essence — from moody behind-the-scenes shots to high-impact video content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photos and videos for campaigns, social, and studio work
• Edit both stills and motion using Lightroom, Photoshop, Final Cut, Premiere, After Effects, or DaVinci
• Assist and direct video content on shoots
• Build polished content for multi-platform use, especially vertical-first media
• Maintain consistency with brand tone and visual direction

You’re great at:

• Color grading, retouching, and visual storytelling
• Working quickly without sacrificing quality
• Creating content that feels premium yet emotionally resonant

🖥️ Role 2: Technical Illustrator + Product Designer

You're the person who ensures every stitch, seam, and spec is accounted for. Your work helps turn vision into reality—accurately, beautifully, and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build detailed tech packs and spec sheets for garments and accessories
• Create clean, scalable illustrations and mockups in Illustrator and Photoshop
• Format and organize files for manufacturing, print, and digital
• Ensure all files are production-ready and internally consistent
• Collaborate with design and production leads on new developments

You’re great at:

• Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and production formatting
• Organizing technical information in clean, elegant layouts
• Spotting inconsistencies and refining designs with precision
• Communicating with manufacturers, vendors, and production teams

What We’re Looking For (Both Roles):

• Strong attention to detail
• Full command of Adobe Creative Suite and supporting software (Final Cut, DaVinci, After Effects, etc.)
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Experience in fashion, design, or creative production environments preferred
• Someone who thrives in an in-person, collaborative studio setting
