This includes overseeing financial activities, marketing strategies, customer expansion, and the management of human resources. They will cultivate a culture of ownership and pride among the staff, ensure cost control, and promote the growth of profitable business cases. All actions taken by the General Manager should be in harmony with the company’s core mission and values, as well as comply with our established policies and procedures.
