Job Description

Our client, a real estate management firm, is looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join their team in Westchester, NY! This is ideally a hybrid onsite / remote role, based in Elmsford NY.  The client is open to freelance-to-fulltime for the right person, with the end goal of bringing someone on in a staff position.

The Graphic Designer will:
-translate their brand identity into social media assets, print collateral, landing pages, etc. across various mediums / verticals
-design / edit social media posts, including static graphics, reels, and short-form videos
-optimize content formats for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
-develop templates for digital media ads, landing pages, etc. and ensure all designs maintain consistency across all touchpoints
-design impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal / external use
-create print brochures, flyers, and one-pagers 
-design landing pages, emails, and drip campaigns

The Graphic Designer has:
-5+ years of experience in design (print, and digital) and proficiency in video editing (any basic animation / motion skills are preferred)
- fluency in Adobe CS (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and ideally proficiency in After Effects / Premiere
-ability to work hybrid onsite at their Westchester office
-any experience from a real estate firm or client is a plus

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
