Compensation : $45-57/hr

Position :

Inceed has partnered with a dynamic and rapidly growing company to find a skilled Hardware QA Manager  to join their team!

This long term contract position offers the chance to work in a diverse and collaborative environment establishing and leading a QA/QC department within a growing organization. They are preparing to launch multiple new products by the end of the year. With one new product already in production and shipping soon, this role is designed for someone ready to make an immediate impact in shaping the department from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the QA/QC function, setting quality standards and protocols for electronics hardware
  
  
• Develop and implement robust standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control frameworks
  
  
• Design, document, and execute detailed test plans to ensure compliance and product reliability
  
  
• Oversee inspection and testing processes throughout the manufacturing lifecycle
  
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and operations to identify and resolve quality issues
  
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defect rates
  
  
  

  Required Qualifications & Experience:

  
  
  
  • Strong background in electronics engineering, with hands-on experience in QA/QC practices
    
    
  • Familiarity with electronic systems testing and functional hardware validation
    
    
  • Experience developing and managing quality systems compliant with ISO 9001 or similar standards
    
    
  • Proven leadership or managerial experience in a technical QA/QC environment
    
    
  • Proficient in writing and maintaining SOPs, QA test plans, and quality documentation
    
    
  • Understanding of root cause analysis methodologies and corrective/preventive action processes
    
    
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving product environment
    
    
    

    Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

    
    
    
    • Background in implementing or scaling QA/QC departments within growth-stage companies
      
      
    • Experience with new product introductions (NPIs) and supporting product development lifecycles
