Job Description

Our client is looking for a Product Manager to join their Team! This role is hyper-focused on shaping viable and valuable solutions within the ecosystem, working closely with development and design leads to bring clarity and cohesion to product direction.

Responsibilities in this role will include:

Solution Shaping & Strategy Alignment

• Translate product strategy into actionable solution concepts that align with vision and business goals.
• Partner with product leadership to ensure solutions are viable, valuable, and feasible within the broader product ecosystem.
• Serve as a thought partner to design and engineering leads, helping shape the “what” and “why” behind each solution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with UX, engineering, and business partners to refine solution scope and ensure alignment with user needs and technical constraints.
• Facilitate working sessions and solution reviews to iterate on concepts and drive clarity across teams.

Awareness & Adoption Enablement

• Develop capability positioning and messaging to support awareness and understanding of new solutions.
• Partner with marketing, support, and enablement teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption.
• Act as a solution evangelist within the organization, helping teams understand the “why” behind what we’re building.

Discovery & Continuous Improvement

• Conduct discovery activities (e.g., user interviews, metric evaluation) to validate solution direction.
• Monitor solution performance and adoption metrics to identify opportunities for iteration and improvement.

Top skills you need to have:

• 3–5 years in product management, solution design, or product strategy roles.
• Experience working in B2B SaaS, logistics, or enterprise platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with shaping solutions in collaboration with design and engineering teams.
