Position : Healthcare Litigation Associate

Location : Atlanta, GA

Description : An unposted opportunity with a collegial firm in Atlanta is seeking to add a Healthcare Litigation Associate to its team. The practice group is led by former AmLaw attorneys who were seeking a change of pace while maintaining the sophistication of their practice.

Details :

• Experience : 3+ years in healthcare litigation, with deposition and courtroom experience.
• Skills : Strong writing skills; experience handling Certificate of Need matters is strongly preferred.
• Salary : Base salary of $207,500+, along with a full range of benefits.
• Hours Requirement : 1850 hours annually , with a quarterly bonus structure based on hours billed.
• Consideration : Commercial Litigation Associates interested in focusing their practice on healthcare will also be considered.
