Home Health Aide (HHA) / Personal Care Aide (PCA) – Spanish Speaking Preferred

Open Arms Home Care Philadelphia, PA
Job Type: Full-time · Part-time · PRN / Per Diem
Pay: $13.50 – $17.00 per hour

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care support such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping
  • Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition
  • Follow care plans developed by care coordinators
  • Ensure accurate documentation (EVV required)
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to safety protocols
  • Arrive to assignments on time and communicate with office staff as needed
  • Provide companionship and emotional support

Schedule Options:

  • Shifts available: 4, 8, 10, or 12 hours
  • Full-time, Part-time, and PRN assignments
  • Monday to Friday or flexible schedules depending on client needs

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Minimum 2 years of home care or caregiving experience preferred
  • Spanish fluency preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable transportation required
  • CPR certification a plus
  • Must be professional, dependable, and self-directed

Work Location:

Client homes throughout Philadelphia, PA 19124 and surrounding neighborhoods
This is an in-person position requiring travel to client locations.
