Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Hilton Software in Coral Springs, FL. The role involves providing general office administrative support, assisting with HR administrative tasks including recruiting, employee events and other administrative support.

Qualifications

  • Entry-Level Human Resources (HR) and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience with recruiting and onboarding
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Associate/Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • HR Certification (HRCI or SHRM) preferred.
