URGENTLY HIRING: Gutter Installation Technician - Residential Exterior Services

Location: Elkton, Kentucky (Onsite)

Compensation: $22-$28 per hour

Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

• Review and understand job estimates and project requirements
• Remove old gutter systems and install new gutters based on homeowner specifications
• Inspect, repair, and install gutter systems safely and accurately
• Communicate with homeowners or contractors to resolve issues on-site
• Follow all safety protocols while maintaining professional conduct and appearance
• Use company job operations software to document work and track progress
• Report job-related concerns to the customer service manager promptly
• Represent First Choice Gutters with professionalism and respect at every job site

Minimum Requirements

• Experience working at heights required; construction experience a plus
• Training provided for all new technicians
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record suitable for company vehicles
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Possess a tool belt and basic hand tools (all other tools provided)
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Comfortable lifting 50 pounds, standing on ladders, and working overhead for extended periods
• Comfortable working on rooftops and in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a customer-first mindset

Compensation & Schedule

• Earnings: $22-$28 per hour depending on experience
• Schedule: Full-time, onsite, with local travel to customer job sites
• Benefits: PTO after one year, employee discounts, and $1000 home material credit
• Location: Onsite - Elkton, Kentucky
