Insurance Claims Analyst (Contract)

$25.00/hr. to $27.00/hr.

Logan, UT

Monday- Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm MST

We are a vibrant risk control and insurance enterprise that specializes in property, casualty, and health. We're currently seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our ranks.

In your role as a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key player within the Claims Processing Support Team. Your primary duty is to work closely with Account Managers to guarantee the utmost satisfaction for both our valued clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor teams' inbox, including email assistance, identifying new claims, & addressing voicemails.
• Review submission of claims and identify the policy to be assigned
• Assigned to other Tier accounts
• Keep active suspense on each account and secure loss runs and claim updates on open files
• Attach documents with proper coding
• Training with the Manager on policies and coverages
• Review claim updates with the Analyst
• Assist with Team Projects

Skills and Experience Required:

• 2 years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance
• Adaptable to a dynamic team environment, capable of working with a sense of urgency.
• Prior experience in the retail commercial insurance agency sector.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and adeptness in multitasking.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Have a curious nature and a knack for quick learning.
