Salary Range
Paralign is dedicated to providing its team with upwardly mobile advancement opportunities and significant compensation potential, which may include components such as direct and/or synthetic equity incentives and other benefits. While inherently unpredictable based on market, industry, firm performance, individual performance, and economic conditions, Paralign is prepared to provide a highly competitive compensation package based on the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience. Subject to the foregoing, Paralign is offering base pay of $150,000-$175,000 annually, plus a competitive bonus program payable annually , as well as health, dental, vision, and other ancillary benefits.
