About the role:

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who’s eager to kickstart their design career with a dynamic, supportive team in our Tacoma, Washington office (we are building the team locallly). Whether you’re a new grad or just getting started, if you have a passion for problem-solving and creating thoughtful, engaging design solutions, we’d love to meet you. In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced designers on a variety of projects ranging from branding and web design to print, digital campaigns, and even animation. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills, gain hands-on experience, and be part of a team that values creativity and collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

• Create compelling designs that align with project goals and client expectations.
• Collaborate closely with team members, including designers, developers, and project managers.
• Translate concepts and ideas into cohesive visual narratives.
• Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions.
• Assist with motion graphics and animation projects (experience with After Effects is a plus).
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

About you:

• You have a strong portfolio (student projects welcome!) showcasing your skills across a range of design disciplines.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as After Effects, Adobe XD, and Figma .
• Interest or experience in motion graphics and animation (this is a plus!).
• You enjoy working in a collaborative environment but can also take initiative and manage your own projects.
• You’re open to feedback and continuously looking to improve your craft.
