Maxalea, part of the American Landscaping Partners family, is hiring a Landscape Foreman to lead a crew of 2–3 and oversee high-quality landscape maintenance projects across Baltimore. If you're dependable, hands-on, and ready to lead with purpose, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Supervise and work alongside your crew to complete landscape maintenance jobs safely and efficiently
• Ensure all tools, materials, and safety gear are loaded, checked, and ready each day
• Communicate directly with clients, sales reps, and supervisors on-site
• Manage workflow and job pacing to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Complete daily paperwork and equipment inspections accurately
• Uphold Maxalea's standards of quality, safety, and professionalism

What You Bring

• 3+ years of landscape maintenance or crew leadership experience
• Valid Driver's License (Class C), clean driving record
• Ability to safely drive company vehicles (with or without trailers)
• Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and professional appearance

Schedule & Work Environment

• Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start time, with extended hours during peak seasons
• Location : Based out of Baltimore, MD with travel to local job sites
• Work includes lifting, bending, kneeling, and operating machinery outdoors year-round
