As our Learning Experience Designer (Multimedia & Storytelling), you’ll be the creative force behind how thousands of teammates learn, grow, and feel inspired. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Bring ideas to life: Script, film, edit, and produce video content alongside other multimedia experiences that turn everyday training into memorable learning journeys.
• Shape the employee journey: Design videos, audio, graphics, and interactive content that help teammates feel seen, supported, and celebrated, showing a strong Customer Focus.
• Collaborate with heart: Partner with leaders, trainers, and teammates to capture authentic stories and translate them into engaging learning experiences, demonstrating how you Build Connections across the organization.
• Work across functions: Report directly to the Director of Learning & Organizational Development while collaborating closely with high‑level stakeholders including our CEO, Chief People Officer, and Creative Marketing team, requiring you to be trustworthy in managing relationships and priorities.
• Stay on brand: Maintain a hard line to L&D priorities with a dotted line to Marketing, ensuring content is aligned with brand voice and culture, reflecting a Results Driven approach.
• Mentorship and development through collaboration: Work closely with the Learning & Development team, Marketing, Internal Planning and Communications, and executive leadership. This cross functional partnership will provide exposure to leaders who bring either deep car wash industry expertise or backgrounds from nationally recognized retail organizations, creating opportunities to be an Agile Learner as you adapt and grow through diverse perspectives and experiences.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to communications, design, or education, with strong emphasis on multimedia storytelling.
• 3–5 years of multimedia experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects), motion graphics, and eLearning tools.
• Proven experience in video editing and production, with a portfolio that demonstrates ability to craft compelling stories through film.
• A storyteller’s eye and a designer’s discipline.
• A knack for turning complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a love for connecting people through media.
• Comfort working with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams at a high level.
