1. Picks up and delivers mail to the US Post Office.
2. Weighs and meters outgoing mail and places into appropriate US Post Office or other containers, per regulations.
3. Sorts incoming mail and packages for delivery.
4. Receives packages from couriers, FedEx, UPS, vendors, etc. and logs into the unit’s mail and packages tracking system.
5. Inspects mail and packages for damage or suspicious appearance and notifies supervisor.
6. Processes the Authority’s UPS shipments through the UPS online system.
7. Provides coverage for the Supervisor of General Services in their absence.
