LHH is working with a metals manufacturer in Arlington, TX that is seeking a Maintenance Technician.
Maintenance Technician

Schedule & Work Environment:
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (40 hours/week)
- Minimal overtime required
- Pre-employment drug test and physical required
- Safety-sensitive role in an industrial environment
Duties:
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on furnaces, boilers, chillers, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic equipment
- Inspect and maintain fluid levels, water flows, quench oils, filters, and washer soap per specifications
- Diagnose mechanical issues and execute corrective actions to restore equipment to optimal performance
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and manage tools, manuals, and parts inventory
- Operate company vehicles safely for material pickups as needed
- Report repair needs promptly and recommend improvements for efficiency and safety
Requirements:
- Proven experience working on industrial furnaces, boilers, chillers, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with MS Office/database tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Effective communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident)
