Job Description

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Performance Improvement Professional at the Fort Payne manufacturing facility, you will start your day by reviewing the previous day's production metrics to identify areas for enhancement. You will collaborate closely with team leaders to develop targeted strategies aimed at minimizing downtime and optimizing workflow. A significant part of your role will involve conducting training sessions to equip employees with the skills and knowledge necessary for continuous improvement. Throughout the day, you will monitor ongoing operations, offering guidance and support to ensure best practices are adhered to. Your role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and driving efficiency within the facility.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5 years at a senior level
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels or the organization. Excellent presentation skills, at a senior level, lean training and experience

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
