Member Service Representative Burbank, CA $23 - $28 per hour Responsibilities: Processing daily incoming and outgoing mail, which includes picking up and dropping off mail at the post office. Process and manage member accounts and related transactions such as deposits (e.g., savings and checking), investment accounts (e.g., Certificates, IRAs, Trusts), account changes, and transactions (e.g., new membership). Processing and managing member accounts (including dormant, inactive, deceased) and related transactions such as deposits (e.g., savings and checking), investment accounts (e.g., Certificates, IRAs, Trusts), account changes, and transactions (e.g., membership changes). Scanning membership documents and adhering to the credit union's record retention policy and procedure. Research large deposit notifications and extended holds, account verifications, loan corrections, wire transfers, and copy requests. Processing levies and subpoenas in accordance to established timeframes. Researching general inquiries from members and third parties (e.g. shared branches). Processing wire transfers. Process levies and subpoenas. Basic Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED Experience processing trust and deposit accounts, IRAs, performing account maintenance, and wire transfers. Experience in one or more of the following: banking, call center, and/or in a sales position.
