Role Description
The Nurse Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for the Employee Health and Infection Control Department, as well as nurse management for OB, Specialties, Winthrop Primary Care, and Project Shine. The Nurse Manager will ensure safe staffing and patient flow, interdepartmental collaboration, supervise clinical workflows, and oversee and develop staff.
The Nurse Manager reports to the Director of Nursing and collaborates with the Administrative Directors to ensure all compliance, regulatory goals, and workflows follows best practices.
