Call: 1:3 or 1:4 rotation Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with recent outpatient oncology background to provide follow-up care for solid tumor patients on active treatment or in survivorship. No inpatient rounding required. You'll work collaboratively with 2 medical oncologists and 2 APPs on-site. This is not an autonomous role supervision from medical and radiation oncologists is available.
Clinical Details:Setting: Outpatient oncology infusion center and clinic
Patient Volume: per day (NP-specific)
Support: Infusion nurses, medical oncologists, and radiation oncologists
EMR: Epic with Beacon
Trauma Level: III
Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics
Orientation: 4-hour unpaid Epic training + orientation at hourly rate
OT after 40 hrs/week; holidays and OT paid at 1.25x
